Get a great workout at our Bounce and Burn classes
High energy trampoline workouts for all fitness abilities!
Get your body jumping and your heart pumping in our Bounce and Burn classes. These 45-minute sessions include a combination of high intensity conditioning, high energy aerobics and strength routines for a full body workout. Be active and become stronger and fitter, all while having fun in our trampoline group exercise classes.
When: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7pm-7:45pm.
Cost: £5 per class (plus £1.50 for a pair of trampoline socks on your first visit). You are welcome to bring your own trampoline socks if you have them.
Please note: Trampoline workout classes are not included in Active Tameside membership packages.
Terms and conditions
- Suitable for people aged 16 years and over.
- Not suitable for ladies who are pregnant.
- Trampoline socks must be worn. You can bring your own, or purchase them from Total Adrenaline for £1.50.
- We advise that you arrive early so you don’t miss your instructor’s verbal safety induction.
- There is a limit of 20 people per class, so please book in advance to reserve your place.
- Please wear comfortable exercise clothing.
- Trampoline Workout Classes are NOT included in Active Tameside membership. They are open to both members and non-members.
